The President of Georgia cut short his visit to Azerbaijan because of a flood in Samegrelo
Mikheil Saakashvili unexpectedly cut short his visit to Baku because of a flood in Samegrelo. The President of Georgia was visiting the capital of Azerbaijan in order to participate in the Crans Montana Forum. Mikheil Saakashvili was in Baku as a result of an invitation by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and the founder and Excutive Chairman of the forum, Jean-Paul Carteron.
