A concert was held in the frames of folk and classical music festival "From Easter to Ascension Day" in Philharmonic Concert Hall. Besides various folk and classical music compositions a hymn, composed by his Holiness and Beatitude the Catholicos -Patriarch of all Georgia Ilia II, was performed.

A Georgian opera singer Iano Tamar Alibegashvili, who has come to Georgia for this day sang the hymn "Ave Maria". The President of Georgia and the First Lady attended the concert. At the end of the concert Mikheil Saakashvili awarded Catholicos-Patriarch of all Georgia with a specially created "Presidential Order of Excellency".
