The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili’s decree #480 on announcing July 14, 2009 as a National Day of Mourning
1. To announce July 14, 2009 as a National Day of Mourning in the honor of the tragic death of young Georgians during the accident that took place on "Nakerala" pass.
2. To lower national flags in accordance with that on the whole territory of Georgia on July 14, 2009.
