The President of Georgia hosted a government delegation from Kyrgyzstan

The President of Georgia hosted a government delegation from Kyrgyzstan headed by Vice Prime Minister Gulnara Asimbekova. The reforms implemented in Georgia and their results were the main topics of discussion during the meeting. According to the Vice Prime Minister, it is very important for them to share the experience that Georgia has gained in the recent years as a result of implementing reforms and changes. The Kyrgyz delegation was mainly interested in the methods of fighting corruption and results achieved in education, healthcare, and social and service spheres. During the meeting the sides once again expressed desire of deepening mutual relations and cooperation and noted that they will actively keep working in this direction.

The Ministers of Health, Education, Social Assistance, Youth, Labor and Employment are all part of the Kyrgyz delegation to Georgia.

The members of the Kyrgyz delegation also visited Rustavi where they became familiar with the implemented infrastructural projects and service centers. The representatives of the Kyrgyz government will stay in Georgia for 3 days.
