It's my honor to address your Excellency and to assert that the Government of Georgia strongly condemns the coup attempt in Ecuador and the violent developments of September 30, 2010.

I would like to express my highest regards for your successful reforms that significantly improved the living standards of the Ecuadorian people. Our joint aspirations for democratic reform and our commitments to the values and principals, upheld by International Law, unify our nations against the mutual challenges we face.
