All media planning the coverage of the visit of the US President George W. Bush to Georgia can fill out Media Credential forms from April 22, 2005.

The deadline for all media to submit applications is Monday, May 2, 2005, no later than 22:00 hours (Georgia time, which is GMT plus 3 hours).

Credential pick-up will be May 8-9-10 at the Georgia Media Center in Tbilisi,at the Youth Palace, #6 Rustaveli Avenue.

Submit credential forms online by a special website www.georgiawelcomesusa.com created specially for the visit of President Bush to Georgia. The media could find the information regarding this issue on the Georgian Presidents official website www.president.gov.ge
