President Saakashvili comments on abolishment of Independent Arbitrary Court

President Mikheil Saakashvili commented on the abolishment of an Independent Arbitrary Court and on the dissatisfaction of businessmen related to this fact. "Arbitrary Court institution has to change. It is acceptable only for businessmen. Some believe they don't have to pay taxes. Unpaid taxes mean that there will be no more theaters, roads won't be built, salaries and pensions won't be issued. A system has to be created, according to which neither the government nor the businessmen would be privileged in any way.The society shall win," the President said.
