At the GUUAM summit President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and President of Moldova Vladimir Voronin signed two official document on "Stability and Democratic Development of the GUUAM member states", as envisioned by Chisinau communique and a charter on "Democracy from the Caspian to the Black Sea".

The Summit participants highly criticized situation in Belarus and agreed that the problems could be solved only through democratic changes.

The initiative of Ukraine regarding the military cooperation of the GUUAM member states and the role of GUUAM joint military forces in conflict resolution process was also discussed at the summit.
