The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili met his french counterpart Nicola Sarkozy in Paris.

The Presidents talked about the summit planned in Nice and about Georgia's irreversible integration in EU.

"Sarkozy promised me that tomorrow in Nice he will support Georgia. Sarkozy has initiative and he said that Georgia and Ukraine would be granted a status of EU's privileged partner", stated the President of Georgia.
