The Press Speaker of the President of Georgia held a briefing today. Manana Manjgaladze replied to the statement by the Prosecutor General during a show of one of the main television channels claiming that the President spoke to one of the current owners of “Imedi” about giving up of his share.

“We would like to state that this is a dirty lie. It is absolutely obvious that this is not a legal process and it cannot be attributed to any kind of legal frame. It can be said uniformly that this is a political order. It is hard to speak about cohabitation when the other side is fighting through such methods. We would like to state that the Prime Minister is fully responsible in these processes. It must be said that it is impossible on one hand to speak about cohabitation and on the other hand implement a dirty fabrication against the President of Georgia and the 25,000 citizens, who are employees of various bodies” – stated the President’s Press Speaker.
