The President of Georgia hosted a delegation of the Parliament of Estonia

The President of Georgia hosted a delegation of Riigikogu (the Parliament of Estonia) headed by its Chairman – Ene Ergma. Deepening mutual relations and the support of Estonia in terms of integrating the country in the Euro-Atlantic structures were among the main topics of discussion. The members of the Riigikogu delegation expressed interest in the current conditions within the occupied regions. The discussion also touched on the planned Parliamentary elections in Georgia.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia in Georgia – Toomas Lukk, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia in Estonia – Ruslan Abashidze, and a Deputy of the Parliament of Georgia - a member of the Committee on European Integration – Davit Darchiashvili attended the meeting.
