My dear people, until we together open a fountain in Batumi, I would like to thank you once more for what you have shown to the whole Georgia today.
We are a united, optimistic, courageous and worthy people of our country.
I wish children of your age from Tskhinvali region and Abkhazia joined you. Let me address them on behalf of you: Enough looking into an aim of a gun, get involved in these activities for the sake of united, democratic, free and peaceful Georgia.
In Batumi, which was enslaved like the other two regions in Georgia, reconstruction works have been underway during the whole summer. Now the people, our compatriots, are gathered in Batumi for the purpose to open one of the most modern fountain in Europe as a symbol of renewal and beauty, an acquisition of freedom, democracy and a new epoch.
